Castle Gateway
Liberty Properties Plc has started work on their HQ site - a 350,000sq ft mixed use development on the site of the former Cheshire Constabulary Headquarters. HQ will offer 65,000 feet office space plus a luxury hotel, restaurants and a range of 35 luxury apartments and a penthouse. The £60 million pound development is due to be completed in Summer 2009.
What's Being Created
ABode Hotel
The ABode at Chester will be the first in the north west of England. It will have around 80 rooms, as well as featuring a Michael Caines fine dining restaurant on the top floor offering stunning views over Chester towards the Welsh hills.
